Its color is purple or white and the element is space. It is located at the crown and is the center of spiritual connection. Connect the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts. Due to its location, it is closely linked to the brain. When this chakra is out of balance, one can suffer diseases such as Parkinson's, depression, coordination problems, and all kinds of mental disorders. To align it again, meditation, yoga and contact with nature, among other aspects, are recommended.
